All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Customers will be supplied with a tracking number and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that orders can only be cancelled within an hour of being placed.
UK Shipping
Standard Delivery (2-4 working days)

Next Working Day Delivery (1-2 working days)
- £5.05 or FREE for orders over £100.
- Available before 2pm, Monday–Friday
Europe
Standard Shipping (2-7 working days, depending on location)
- £10-20, depending on location.
- We offer an expedited service if you require your parcel sooner, please contact us so we can advise on the shipping costs.
Rest of the world
Standard Shipping (5-10 working days, depending on location)

Additional information
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
- The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
- Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
We use Royal Mail and/or UPS to send all of our standard UK orders. For our UK next day service, we use both Royal Mail, UPS and/or DPD.
Depending on where you are located, we use Royal Mail, DPD & UPS for International orders.
We reserve the right to use an alternative delivery method should that be more efficient.
